Germany Postbank Corebanking Project

Project Description

German Post Bank was first customer of SAP CoreBanking solution, under new market environment, as final negotiate result with SAP Germany, customer decided to change the some processes in Loan Management, add more enhancement, and also store structure of business data will be replaced with new data store structure.

This is a custom add-on development project, since SAP Corebanking product was already transferred to SAP Labs India, so all design and development would be finished in corebanking team of SAP India.

My Responsibilities and Deliverables

Attended standard training course(Financial Service CML- Loan Management) of Loan Management module and passed examination, certification letter.

Responsible for specification, solution design and technical design documentation,development, and partial test case template onsite SAP Labs India.

Developed some new components like Accounting & Payment, Business Operation, and Authorization & Release, Integration of contract and business operation seamlessly.

Developed a migration tool for Obsolete disbursement data, customer will be able to migrate all disbursed transaction data into new data repository.

Coordination with remote development team with custom development of SAP Labs China, assignment of work packages, solution review and regular meeting.

Integration testing and customer acceptance testing onsite Germany

Providing go-live support and change management.
